Welcome to FaeClean. By booking our deep cleaning services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your appointment.

1. Booking & Services

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Bookings must be made through our official website, phone number, or approved communication channels.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any booking for any reason, at our sole discretion.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You must provide at least [insert notice period, e.g., 48 hours] notice to cancel or reschedule a booking.

  • Cancellations with less than the required notice may incur a fee.

  • Clients who cancel repeatedly or at short notice may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings.

3. Deposits & Payments

  • We reserve the right to request a deposit from any client at any time, especially in cases of previous cancellations or no-shows.

  • All payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late or failed payments may incur additional fees or interest.

4. Pricing

  • All prices listed on our website or quoted in messages are estimates and subject to change without notice.

  • Final pricing may vary depending on the size, condition, and specific requirements of the property.

  • Any change in price will be communicated before service begins.

5. Property Access & Client Responsibility

  • Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time.

  • If our team is unable to access the property, the booking may be cancelled and a fee may apply.

  • Please secure pets and supervise children during service where possible.

6. Satisfaction & Complaints

  • If you're not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.

  • We do not offer refunds, but we may return to re-clean specific areas at our discretion.

7. Liability

  • While we take every precaution during service, we are not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage.

    • Normal wear and tear.

    • Items not declared as fragile or high-risk.

8. Termination of Service

  • We reserve the right to immediately terminate services if there is unsafe working conditions, abuse, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff.

9. Privacy

  • Your personal information is handled in accordance with our privacy practices and will never be shared without your consent, unless required by law.
